Publicity Coordinator

Quentin - fix the printer.

Printer cartridges. We apparently havent been paid for the last 2 pickups.
There is a new place down on Mission Rapid Refill that offers the same

Carpet cleaning --- we need to corrdinate with custodial ops.   Quentin suggests
that we might get charged for this.  Willis will check into it. Possibly schedule
work day to move things around in the room to.

Cubicles - any given Wednesday with 2 weeks notice. Willis will send them notice.

Bring back movie night?  Mike commented that ACM's Movie nights haven't been
very well attended. Rachel counted with publicity, publicity, publicity.
Laurel: Next, Thursday 19th. 8pm. This might conflict with ACM?

Display case update? Just need to get the key from Virginia.

Hardware Lab. Rachel is leading the fundraising effort.  Will be
starting bbq's every Friday noon-2 pending FD .  Meeting with var
ious companies.  Andrew P. Got room BE140 downstairs.  BELS will
donate chairs.  BELS is going to set up maintenance of the room
and will get access to BELS software. Quentin: talk with Dave's
and get an image?  Rachel;  Lab access- short orientation and
paper signing. $10-15 quarterly fee.  # students will be
Lab managers.. Sr. Jr. Soph.  Prof Peterson offered to give classes.
Get donating comanies to give training.  Honor Society, SWE, IEEE.




Laurel:

- push forward the meeting time to 6pm if possible.  

- we have lots of Money... Laurel will look into getting  a sofa cover.

- Rachel had an idea for SWE, -- DDR, guitar hero Night. General consensus
  to help with this.  SWE will set up a date

- SWE has been tabling from 12-2ish and made around $120.  Laurel was
  suggests that SWE could alternate with IEEE on this.

- SWE is getting back into regional thing. Suggest that IEEE 
   go to chapter meetings.  

- Field Trip: 

Quentin: Projects with SHPE, Honor Society, SWE,  Art, NSBE.

Mike: Speakers Prof. Long, Krirsten McIntyre
