IEE Meeting 10/30/2006

Dean's meeting. last wek on tuesday.  There's 7500$ given to student
orgs.   SWE wanted boat dance. Baskin 10 in 2007.  


Computers: they are nicer on the tables, but they are old. UCSC Surplus
may have parts 831-459-5589 831-549-2852.  Pat is going to ask ResNet if
they have any old stuff... better than PII.

Tabling Tomorrow.  Try to get Willis to set up early.
Tabling at Crown College - pending.

Recruitment:  trying to set up 

Talks: Elkheim.  Mike will talk to Long.    

Plan for next quarter. talks for frosh soft.

Raffle:  Thinking of throwing a raffle, selling tickets for a few bucks.
Ipod or something similar.  Get screwed if don't get enough people. Could
we raffle off a paid IEEE Membership?

Moving?:  Look into getting a different room?  Door has been propped open
due to construction.


ATM Card Fiasco:  We need the meeting minutes with the elections.  Need
Sean, Mike Famie, Laurel, and Elkheim to come in.
